What type of payment do you take? We accept credit cards and checks. Credit cards can be charged via an online service.
When will my order be ready? I either completely design and create or embroider all of the items myself so the time of completion will vary. I will give an expected completion date with each order. If you have any need for a rush on an order, please let me know and I will see what I can do. I will notify you by email or call when it is ready
How can I receive my order? Shipping? I will ship any order for a flat rate of $5.00. Anyone inside the Richmond may also come to my home to pick up your order once you are notified that it is complete.
